Mr. Bawah Fuseini, the Acting Director of the National Sports College (NSC), recently paid a courtesy call on the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Effutu, Alhaji Kassim Zubariru. The purpose of the visit was for Mr. Bawah to formally introduce himself following his assumption of office in October.
Alhaji Zubariru warmly received Mr. Bawah and his team, expressing his appreciation for the visit and pledging his support to help the College achieve its mandate. He also reflected on past experiences with the College, recalling when national teams trained there, and encouraged Mr. Bawah to work toward restoring the institution’s former prominence.
Mr. Bawah expressed gratitude for the MCE’s warm reception and indicated his intention to return for further discussions aimed at developing the College. He was accompanied by key members of his team, including the Head of Technical, Head of Internal Audit, Administrator, and Public Relations Officer.
